Lt. Col. Clarence T. Harper III receives the Meritorious Service Medal from incoming commanding offi cer Lt. Col. Ryan G. Goulette following the Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 14 change of command ceremony Thursday. Harper has served as the CO of MALS-14 since March 2009 and is on his way to take command of MALS-40.
