Civillian mariners aboard High Speed Vessel Swift (HSV 2) lower a rigid-hull inflatable boat into the water to conduct a port survey. Swift is the first ship with embarked U.S. military to pull into Guyana. The ship is deployed supporting Southern Partnership Station 2010, a deployment of various specialty platforms to the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean and Central America.
