Adm. J. C. Harvey Jr., commander of U.S. Fleet Forces Command, congratulates the crew of the guided-missile destroyer USS Carney for their hard work in 2009 and challenging them to maintain standards throughout the year to come. Harvey is visiting Carney to present the command with the 2009 Battenberg Cup award, recognizing it as the Best Ship in the Atlantic Fleet.
