Charlie Davis during a ceremony in Marine Attack Training Squadron 203’s ready room July 16. Rahe, the commanding officer for VMAT-203; and Davis, the deputy program manager for fleet support at Boeing, have both logged more than 3,000 hours in the Harrier.
