A premier contemporary Navy band performs at the Boy Scouts of America 2010 National Scout Jamboree. “Since we’ve been here every four years to celebrate this special occasion, this is even more of a special occasion since it’s the 100th year celebration”, said Senior Chief Petty Officer, with the United States Naval Academy’s Band, Electrical Brigade. “We’re the best of the best in the Navy when it comes to anything that anyone can dance or listen to on the radio, we play it”. The Joint Task Force National Scout Jamboree arranged for the band to perform at the Jamboree. JTF-NSJ plans and executes all Department of Defense operations and activities in support of the Boy Scouts of America at the 2010 National Scout Jamboree.
