Republic of Korea Vice Minister, Ministry of National Defense, Chang, Soo Man, front and right, and Republic of Korea Director of Mobilization Planning Bureau, Maj. Gen. Kwon, Tae Oh, rear, receive a breifing from ASA-Dix commander Col. Patrick Slowey during a stop at the Joint Readiness Center.
