Private First Class Gustis Goin, Mike Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, stands at parade rest at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Nov. 14. Goin served as a squad leader in Platoon 3270 for the entire training cycle. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Mike company is scheduled to graduate Nov. 18.
