A worker makes adjustments on a new lighting system in parking lots at Naval Base Ventura County. The Navy's Technology Evaluation Program, managed at the Naval Facilities Engineering Command's Engineering Service Center completed an evaluation of high intensity discharge lighting dimmers as part of a program to improve outdoor lighting in parking lots.
