French Consul General, Michael Charbonnier, pins the Chevalier of the Legion of Honor medal to Air Force Col. (ret) Arnold Gabriel during a ceremony at the French Embassy in Washington, D.C., Nov 10, to honor other World War II veterans who helped in the liberation of France.
