Col. Rodney Harris is pinned by Brigadier General John Rhodes and Harris' mother during his promotion ceremony on Oct.14, 2016 at the Raymond Road Armory in Jackson. He serves as the deputy commander and full-time administrative officer of 66th Troop Command, Mississippi Army National Guard.
