STARKE, Fla. – U.S. Coast Guard Cmdr. Chris Hulser works closely with Florida National Guard personnel at the Joint Operations Center (JOC) on Camp Blanding, Florida in the wake of Hurricane Matthew. Hulser is tasked to the JOC as part of a Joint Enabling Capability Team (JEC) from Northern Command (NORTHCOM).
