Canadian Air Force Maj. Soraya Moghadam, embarked aboard the Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19), examines a Vietnamese patient during a medical civic action program at Hai Cong School. Mercy is underway participating in Pacific Partnership 2010, the fifth in a series of annual U.S. Pacific Fleet humanitarian and civic assistance endeavors aimed at strengthening regional partnerships.
