The Marshall Center’s Foreign Area Officer (FAO) Program visits Grafenwoehr, Germany, Sept. 12, 2016. The FAOs were provided an understanding of the 7th Army Training Command’s (7ATC's) capabilities with a welcome from Col. William C. Linder, the 7ATC’s Chief of Staff; a capabilities brief at the Joint Multinational Simulations Center; and a brief on building the NCO Corps at the NCO Academy. The visiting FAOs will be the future coordinators for theater security cooperation activities when they serve in U.S. embassies in their assigned region. (U.S. Army photo by Staff Sgt. Kathleen V.
