Army Reserve Sustainment Command Soldiers and civilians participate in a moment of silence in honor of the Sept. 11th National Day of Service and Remembrance at ARSC Headquarters in Birmingham, Ala., Sept. 11. "On Sept. 11, 2001, we saw ordinary people choosing to spend their final moments with expressions of love to their families and loved ones," said Chaplain (Lt. Col.) Jeffery Bush. "They demonstrated the Army values of duty, loyalty and selfless service, and the only way we'll triumph as we continue to overcome the senseless tragedy of that day, is by continuing to celebrate the kindness of the human spirit and those we lost."
