The Coast Guard rescued three people who were clinging to their capsized boat near the Queen Isabella Causeway, Sunday, Sept. 4, 2016. A good Samaritan spotted the boat and called Station South Padre Island watchstander and a 33-foot law enforcement boat crew was launched to rescue the boaters.
