Army Lt. Col. Kevin Holiday, the deputy commander of Special Operations Detachment Central (SOD-C), retires from the Florida National Guard with over 31 years of military service. On the day before his final static line jump from a C-130 Hercules at MacDill Air Force Base, he rehearsed the exercise with his Soldiers and other special operations Servicemembers participating in the jump.
