U.S. Army Gen. Stanley A. McChrystal, the International Security Assistance Force commander, and Maj. Gen. Richard P. Mills, the commanding general of I Marine Expeditionary Force (FWD), take a brief tour of Forward Operating Base Marjah, Helmand province, Afghanistan, May 20. McChrystal and his staff visited the base and met with Marine Corps officers and staff non-commissioned officers from 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, and 3rd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, to discuss the progress of counterinsurgency operations within the city.
