Seaman Sergio Torres, a logistics specialist assigned to the U.S. 7th Fleet command ship USS Blue Ridge, draws pictures with a child at the Vladivostok children's cancer ward. Sailors from Blue Ridge will be engaged in a number of community outreach events in Vladivostok and will march with members of the Russian military during a parade to commemorate the 65th anniversary of Victory Day, a national holiday in Russia commemorating the end of World War II.
