Members of the Minnesota Army National Guard were the overall winner of the Army Guard Communities of Excellence award, May 4, at the Army Guard Readiness Center. Guard officials called the ACOE program "invaluable to the implementation of organization-wide improvement" of the Guard's Soldier-readiness, its units, organizations and installations.
