Members of the team representing Naval Base Ventura County discuss their plans for dish preparation during the 2010 Navy Region Southwest Culinary Competition. The competition was organized in an Iron Chef format, where teams from different bases throughout Navy Region Southwest were given two hours to prepare and cook a dish with two secret ingredients revealed to them at the start of the competition.
