The image shows a joint military naval exercise on the deck of a warship at sea. Personnel in US Navy dark blue coveralls and orange safety vests observe an armed soldier in camouflage uniform and tactical helmet boarding or demonstrating a ship-boarding technique at the vessel's rail. The flag patch on the armed individual's shoulder appears to be Indonesian, suggesting a multinational maritime training exercise.
