Petty Officer 2nd Class Erik Wiberg, a member of the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa operations department, places a box of Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies with other parcels during mail call at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, April 22. During mail call, post office personnel distributed more than 200 cases of donated cookies as part of Operation Cookie, a joint project between the Girl Scouts of America and the shipping company DHL.
