U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Barry Cornish, 18th Wing commander, passes the 18th Civil Engineer Group guidon to Col. Scott Grainger, 18th CEG commander, during a change of command ceremony, July 12, 2016, at Kadena Air Base, Japan. Grainger is responsible for engineering support for a combat wing of F-15C/E-3/KC-135/HH-60 fighter, command and control, air refueling, and rescue aircraft.
