Kalathas, flag mentor for Navy Operational Support Center Albuquerque, cut the ribbon during a ceremony for the new Joint Armed Forces Reserve Center at Kirtland Air Force Base. The center will serve more than 1,000 reserve component personnel from 12 Navy Reserve units, 11 Army Reserve units, and two Marine Corps Reserve units.
