Chief Warrant Officer 4 Ryan Uher, 184th Sustainment Command, based out of Laurel, Mississippi, engages in briefing vital information to 288th Sapper Company and 287th Engineer Company unit representatives. The troops were temporarily staged in the 184th Logistics Support Area (LSA) Fort Hood, Texas on June 13, 2016. The 184th LSA is a temporary living area where Soldiers are provided with hot meals, laundry, air-conditioned sleeping quarters, and a mobile PX after MiBT field exercises conclude for the units. The 184th provided support during the 155th Armored Brigade Combat team MiBT. A MIBT is a multicomponent event that sustains readiness of reserve and active components in accordance with the U.S. Army’s Total Force policy. Total force training benefits include increased individual Soldier and collective battle staff proficiency, standard operating procedure exchanges, and stronger cross component relationships.
