Capt. Zebulon Wilkin, emergency medicine physician assistant resident, William Beaumont Army Medical Center, receives a commander’s coin and first place certificate in podium presentations from Maj. Julie Fitzgerald, interim chief, Clinical Investigations, WBAMC, for his research involving better patient comprehension of emergency room discharge instructions utilizing video discharge instructions at WBAMC’s annual Research Day, June 1. Wilkin was also recognized as WBAMC’s Trainee Researcher of the Year for 2015-2016. The annual event allows WBAMC personnel to showcase research conducted over the past year.
