    The Massachusetts Air National Guard 104th Fighter Wing medics and the Massachusetts Army National Guard Det 1 C Company 3-126th Aviation flight medics along with crew chiefs, train together on flight medic procedures for in route patient care in support of domestic operations for the state of Massachusetts.
