In this image released by the Texas Army National Guard, the Programming and Budget Advisory Committee for the Joint Area Support Group-Central met to deliberate on the approval of a variety of projects that directly affect the soldiers in and around the International Zone. The committee is comprised of representatives from security, legal and resource management. The PBAC meetings provide a forum to discuss how the projects proposed will fit with the commander?s intent to support the responsible drawdown of forces throughout Iraq. Col. David Madden (left) Lt.
