Lloyd Logan, a civilian contractor working with 9th Engineer Support Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force, demonstrates the capabilities of the upgraded Instrumented Tactical Evaluation Simulated System. Logan allows a service member with the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force to test out the system.
