Sgt. 1st Class Shannon Wyatt, HRC SHARP program manager, hands off an emergency contact phone to victim advocate, Master Sgt. Antonia Price, at the Maude Complex on Fort Knox, Kentucky, April 8. Price is one of 22 HRC Soldiers presently volunteering as victim advocates, pledged to come to the aid of victims of rape and assault any time of day or night, 365 days a year.
