Perry Jefferies, a blood donor recruiter for the Robertson Blood Center on Fort Hood presented an "Award of Recognition" for the highest number of volume blood donors from a brigade sized element within the 13th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) in 2009 to Sgt. Maj. Kendra Wallace, the 15th Sust. Bde.'s rear detachment senior noncommissioned officer, who accepted the award on behalf of the "Wagonmasters."
