Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif – Lance Cpl. Rodrigo Gonzalez-Mendoza sights into his rifle while performing urban patrolling drills inside the Infantry Immersion Trainer, a non-live fire urban operations training complex consisting of an indoor and outdoor training environment March 18, 2016. The IIT helps develop Marines’ ability to communicate during urban operations.
