SANTA RITA, Guam (March 18, 2016) — Navy Diver 3rd Class Ty Hagel, of Salisbury, Md., is ceremoniously frocked by Navy Diver 2nd Class Matthew Lamparzyk, both of the Emory S. Land-class submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) Dive Locker, on Naval Base Guam to recognize his new rank of third class petty officer, March 18. Frank Cable, forward deployed to the island of Guam conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
