Tech. Sgt. Ricardo Porto, 35th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron vehicle control officer, is one of the unsung support heroes of Operation Unified Response - whether his job requires issuing a vehicle, changing a tire, or serving as a driver. "Helping someone is one of the best feelings you can have," said Porto. "Operation Unified Response has been the most rewarding mission I've served in during my career in the Air Force."
