Students from Capital Region BOCES (Board of Cooperative Educational Services), Questar III, Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex BOCES and beyond were at Stratton Air National Guard Base, N.Y., March 18 to compete in the regional SkillsUSA competition. The students tested their skills in carpentry, vehicle maintenance, heavy equipment operation, welding, nursing and more.
