FOB KALSU, Iraq--Maj. Gen. James D. Thurman, commander, Multi-National Division-Baghdad, discusses a security matter with a sheik from the southern Baghdad province. Thurman, flanked by Maj. Gen. Oothman, commander, 8th Iraqi army div., and Maj. Gen. Qais Hamza, Babil provincial police chief, was the special guest at a security meeting hosted by sheiks from southern Baghdad and northern Babil provinces June 22 at the Iraqi Highway Patrol headquarters in Tounis.
