160206-N-OK605-061 SAPPORO, Japan (Feb. 6, 2016) Information Systems Technician 3rd Class Nicholas Garcia, assigned to Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station Far East, from La Mirada, Calif., visits with children next to a surface warfare pin snow sculpture he and eight other Sailors created for the 67th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. The pin was carved in honor of the prestigious warfare program and the stellar Sailors who have attained the qualification.
