Senior Airman James Ratzlaff, 379th Expeditionary Comptroller Squadron customer service technician from Spokane, Wash., performs maintenance on an Eagle Cash kiosk at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, Jan. 24. The 379th ECPTS manages 10 kiosks at AUAB. The eagle cash card program enables deployed service members to make purchases through a variety of vendors on base. Ratzlaff said he enjoys his job and assists approximately 430 customers a week.
