U.S., Gabonese, and planners from 14 African and European partner nations arrive in Point Denis, Dec. 9, 2015, during a survey trip for the main planning event of Central Accord 2016 in Libreville, Gabon. Central Accord is an annual exercise that brings together partner nations to demonstrate mission command proficiency for a United Nations peacekeeping operation, improve multi-echelon operations and develop multinational logistical and communications capabilities.
