A U.S. military officer in tan/khaki service uniform stands at a wooden podium delivering a speech inside what appears to be a warehouse or hangar facility. Two flags are visible flanking the podium — the United States flag on the right and what appears to be the flag of Belize on the left. The background contains stacked cardboard boxes and shipping pallets, suggesting a logistics or aid delivery context.
