150929-N-MA158-004 PORTSMOUTH, Va. (Sept. 29, 2015) USS La Jolla (SSN 701) is undergoing conversion from an operational fast-attack submarine into a Moored Training Ship (MTS) at Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, Va.
