Leach is a platoon sergeant and Gold is machine gunner with Battalion Landing Team 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit. Marines and Sailors celebrate their birthdays for the month of October with a steak and lobster tail dinner served by their staff noncommissioned officers.
