Dan Wright, an engineering technician for Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southeast, looks at new switchboards for the Saltwater Conversion and Electric Power Plant, Oct. 22. The plant provides U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba with over a million gallons of water a day and along with power provided by wind turbines, provides electricity for the approximately 7000 people stationed there.
