Chief Travis Canaday, construction electrician, in the white hardhat, and Builder 3rd Class Robert Cotter, in the brown hardhat, both Sailors from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3 from Port Hueneme, Calif. and currently assigned to Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa help teach soldiers of the Djiboutian army how to assemble a 64-foot Temper Tent, Nov. 2, on a range of Doudoub Bolole. This tent, and five others, were donated by the U.S. Navy to the Djiboutian army for an upcoming Djiboutian military field exercise being held late 2009. The Djiboutian military will utilize the tents for operation centers, mess tents and for housing their troops during the field exercise.
