The Soldiers of the United States Army Parachute Team "Golden Knights" would like to honor our fallen comrade, brother, teammate and friend Sgt. 1st Class (P) Corey Hood. Hood, 32, of Cincinnati, passed away Aug. 16, in Chicago, of complications following a parachuting accident. Hood was a forward observer serving as a demonstration parachutist for the U.S. Army Parachute Team, “Golden Knights” stationed at Fort Bragg, N.C. He had multiple deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq and is survived by his wife.
