Enlisted John Anders Brembu, of Hoylandet, Norway, a carpenter with the Theater Enabling Force of the Norwegian Army High Readiness Force, gathers the last bit of mortar from a batch at the construction site of a demolition range Aug. 18, at the Central Training Area near Tapa, Estonia. The Norwegian Army HRF engineers and U.S. Army engineers with 500th Engineer Company, 15th Engineer Battalion, 18th Military Police Brigade based out of Grafenwoehr, Germany, have partnered their efforts in Estonia to demonstrate their commitments to backing their NATO ally.
