Col. Steven Parker, 914th Airlift Wing commander speaks about the Air Force past and present to a group of distinguished guests, veterans, civilians and local media. The colonel was invited as the guest speaker at the Naval and Military Park in Buffalo, N.Y., Aug. 7, 2015. His speech was part of the opening ceremony at the park in their salute to the services Air Force Week.
