Marty Baker, the incoming state command sergeant major, during the Nebraska state command sergeant major change of responsibility ceremony in the Joint Force Headquarters Building in Lincoln, Neb., Aug. 8. Bohac received the sword from Command Sgt. Maj. Eli Valenzuela, the outgoing state command sergeant major.
