Petty Officer 1st Class Pedro Rocha, master-at-arms, a member of the harbor patrol unit at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, guides an eight meter harbor patrol boat into the water prior to a harbor security sift change at Port de Djibouti Sept. 29. Rocha's charlie team assumed patrol duties to secure the USNS Amelia Earhart, which was taking on supplies at a local pier.
