Staff Sgt. Aaron Kirby, 332nd Expeditionary Communications Squadron quality assurance evaluator, accepts a certificate from Col. Luke Grossman, 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing vice commander, recognizing him for earning the Air Combat Command Ground Safety Award of Distinction here Sept. 18. Kirby was nominated for the award by Senior Master Sgt. Gary Smith, 332nd ECS special missions superintendent. Kirby, who's deployed here from Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., said it feels great to receive the award and gave credit to his squadron's work center representatives for helping him increase the efficiency and effectiveness of their program.
